This will permanently delete your Penny account and all associated data:
- Your profile and account information
- All tracking data (bathroom events, wellness check-ins, etc.)
- All notes, appointments, and observations
- All preferences and settings

What happens after verification:
- Primary data will be deleted immediately
- Encrypted backups will be purged within 90 days
- You will receive a confirmation email
- You can create a new account anytime in the future
